Tyne Bridge House is a commercial development on Bottle Bank, directly adjacent to the Tyne Bridge.

Oak Tree Passivhaus is an exemplar in low energy residential architecture, innovative in both the process and the finished building which, in the words of the client is a delight to live in.

This derelict Grade I listed Victorian underground toilet block, constructed in the 1800’s was converted into one of Newcastle’s most fashionable wine bars.

This development featured the refurbishment and conversion of an existing cattle barn into a detached residential property.

The first phase of the Stephenson Quarter development project included the Crowne Plaza hotel, Rocket offices, the Boiler Shop venue, a multistorey car park and a University Technology College which created over 1,000 local jobs.

We were appointed by Compass to work on the project for Northumberland Estates on a design build contract.

We were appointed to provide civil and structural engineering for this new build sandwich making factory.
