Works were completed in September 2016, Union Studios at Maling Court is an additional level on the original Maling Court building and contains 42 additional high spec studio apartments. The studios are arranged over the 3rd and 4th floor of Maling Court in a U-shape with some studios located in the ‘floating’ bridge style area of the development. The communal facilities include a laundry room and bicycle storage on the ground floor. We worked with the developer to find capacity and extract value from their existing asset. The new apartments have been constructed on the roof of the existing building.
