The Bellhouse Hotel

Project Overview

The Bellhouse hotel is located in Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire. The project included a complete refurbishment of the pool and gym facilities as well as the construction of a new wellness centre. The dining room was extended to include a new sun room and all the bars and restaurants have been refurbished to an exceptional standard. Our client specialises in finding older hotels with potential, and turning them into something unique current and luxurious. The hotel, whilst being located in a prime location and of functional layout, was in need of significant improvement and investment.

The architect has worked carefully to remodel all the bedrooms such that structural works were minimised, but also meet the exacting standards of the client, Crowne Plaza. Our design services included structural appraisal, design and drainage modification design. The project was completed in 2015 and is a stunning example of effective refurbishment.
