Project Overview

This involved both the refurbishment of existing farm buildings, as well as the construction of new office units throughout the site. The architect was keen to introduce a complex roof arrangement as a strong feature of the new units. Whilst adhering to strict planning constraints on height, the roofs also provide space for mezzanine office areas.

This required innovative structural design. The development provides high quality modern office space in a pleasant and rural environment. Although this is one of our older projects, it is still one of our favourites, developed by a pragmatic client, good project manager and architect.
