Lloyd Limited HQ

Project Overview

This project was to be a flagship HQ for Lloyd Limited who are a specialist farm equipment and plant dealer. The aim of the project was to create a building that would serve two uses being a show room, customer facing offer and a workshop suitable to service and repair the farm machines and construction plant. The show room had a hard and soft external landscape to enhance the customer experience with the workshop having an industrial yard to give the hard wearing long life span associated with the industrial scale of the machinery being repaired.

Our structural design had to achieve a 40m clear span internally as well as incorporating modern glazed facades to the showroom. The project was a catalyst for additional employment within the community with additional technicians, sales, and support staff for the workshop and showroom.
