Gainsborough House is located on one of England’s finest streets, Grey Street, in the heart of Newcastle’s central business and leisure district. The Grade II listed building comprises 16,000 sq. ft of modern office space and a 9,700 sq. ft ground floor unit occupied by the artisan wood-fired pizza restaurant Pizza Punks.
Since acquisition, the offices have been refurbished and are now fully let. Further asset management plans are underway to repurpose unused areas, providing additional space for existing occupiers and new rental income opportunities.
