Project Overview

Baker’s Yard is an 80,000 sq ft development on the site of the original Greggs Bakery in Gosforth, Newcastle. The project involved the restoration and conversion of the old industrial units to form a new modern mixed commercial development. The site incorporates four main buildings, The Stottie Shed, The Confectionery Store, The Freezer and The Pantry which are further subdivided and suitable for a variety of office, light industrial and storage uses. Unit sizes are available from 1,000 sq. ft upwards.

Our scope included new landscaping, drainage assessment and alterations as well as structural works for repairs, forming new units and additional floor spaces. Baker’s Yard is close to full occupancy and is becoming well established as a dynamic and thriving local business hub.
