Project Overview

Based in a uniquely beautiful building in one of London’s most affluent and exclusive areas, 7 Stratton Street offers premium workspace in the heart of Mayfair. Dating back to the 18th century, this grand building has been newly refurbished to an impeccable standard including signature fireplaces, restored ornate period features, and large windows ensuring optimum natural light throughout. We were appointed as the civil and structural engineer to create additional floor space through a vertical extension and new basement construction. The project aims to be high quality as well as attaining BREEAM excellent sustainability certification.
